Team
As a team, we are a family, and we hold to the direction of our work, which is to provide the support and confidence that children and young adults lack, much like parental care. We work entirely based on their individual needs, motivating them to fight, to be strong and courageous, and to pursue their dreams, so they can have a fulfilling and purposeful life.
Our work begins from the moment we meet them and ends when they demonstrate the skills to manage independently in life – consistency in the workplace, renting an apartment or community housing, proficiency in managing their monthly budget, and more.

Why
Why do we do what we do? Chance or purpose?
Chance does not exist. Whether we admit it or not, the decisions we make are the result of patterns we have seen through family, truly significant and respected parents, having, not having, close relatives, and friends. Life is predictable and safe.
We embarked on a journey around the world during working hours, starting with a backpack with the most necessary things, savings, but… without navigation and knowledge of the places and cultures we would encounter, leaving behind the vanity and nurturing of our own ego.
Here our journey began, we became a family, we grew up, and together we dream of the path that we have been exploring and studying until today.
